Blown case head? Found this bit hanging off the primer. Haven't disassembled the bolt yet to see what's what.

Edit: Seems to be a problem with the extractor. It's gone. Only the plunger and spring remained. My guess is that the extractor left the building on the previous shot. Then this round discharged but was not properly seated thus enabling the blown case. The bit left hanging there was the plunger. I see a few offerings for replacement kits. "If you build it, someone will make replacement kits..."
