That's a nice pea shooter you have here.. If you swing open the cylinder and look on the frame just above the hinge you'll see what model revolver you have. It should look something like MOD 36-2 or something similar. The will be the correct model number. From there we can pretty much tell you what you need to know about it.
It looks like a model 36, which is one of the finest concealable carry pistols made. this one wasn't stored properly, and has some obvious wear issues. It can be cleaned up pretty easily, buty it'll never look like a new pistol again, unless you have it professionally refinished.
