I think I found the 908 you are referring to. It does look to be in really nice shape.

I suppose most folks do prefer the premium line guns all other things being equal. The problem is that they are almost never equal when you are talking about used guns of different ages and with different histories.

The premium line guns are great, but I'd take a later vintage as-new value line gun over an older "used and abused" premium line gun every time. However, I may be in the minority with my opinion.
