Just bought one of these. I had one years ago but sold it. :(

Anyway, the one I had came with finger groove grips. The one I picked up has the small grips as posted in this picture. Is there anywhere I can get the finger groove grips with the S&W medalion?
Thanks.

Welcome and enjoy the forum! I've bought some finger groove grips in the past from Eagle (I think) and Ahrends Grips but none with medalions so I'm not sure what's available. There are some folks on the forum that are very knowledgeable and can steer you in the right direction. Good luck.

RCD,

There are many patterns of the stock type you mention, these are commonly called the "Combat Stocks".

Origionally your -2 shipped as it is now.

I have a pair of the current pattern such as these.... but they DO have the S&W Medallion.

These are just about brand new "take offs" with no damage, and I could make you a hell of a deal on them....

Congrats! You scored a gem. I carried my 3" 66-4 on duty for six years. Finest revolver I own.

The 3" 66 is probably the finest do everything revolver S&W ever made. Enjoy yours! Regards 18DAI.
