I have Crimson Trace Laser Grips on my S&W 581 and at my last range session, I was having problems seeing the red laser at 10yds under the sunlight. Shot it irons sights and groups printed off to the right. That was the reason I got the Laser sights so I could adjust. Will the green Laser be alot easier to see while shooting in daylight? I do not want to send my pistol back to Smith to have barrel torqued for adjustment.
I was shooting my 158gr reloads in 38 special.

Are you left-handed?

Printing right is common, just as
right-handers are more prone to
print left.

Blame that pinky finger if true.

Yes, green is easier to see in sunlight (at least for me)
Just because the gun "prints" right doesn't mean the barrel is messed up. There are many other factors involved;)

I have no experience with them, but the green laser is supposed to be easier to see. How much easier in bright sunlight I don't know.

How far right is it printing?

Jonesy, 2 1/2 inches or so I threw my targets away.....should have posted them. That was at 10yds

Before you considering sending the gun anywhere, check it on a Ransom rest for accuracy.

Consider the correction target:
