Today at the Gun Show another deal materialized for me..........I snagged a 686-6, 2 1/2", 7 Shot, Snubby.....

I sat with Leo at his table for a few minutes and came home early........with dog tired legs & feet (3 days of heavy walking and carrying around multiple guns.....even a rifle on the 1st day).

Next weekend is the Tucson Expo Center Radio Gun Show and it's one of my favorites (smaller, friendly, less black guns).

I continue whittling down my stable numbers, yet still having fun acquiring a few new one's (coming home with less than I leave with).

Very nice snub and even though mine is a 6 shot the 357 round is not uncomfortable. That looks like a good catch. Enjoy it. As far as whittling done the herd, but not too fast. Just keep enjoying the ones you bring home.

Very nice Geezer! I really like my 2.5 inch, 6 shot 686-6. Recoil is quite manageable and even 30 to 40 yard shots don't seem all that difficult. The 2.5 in 686 thinks it's a big gun and shoots like one too.
The 2.5 in 686 weighs in at 35 ounces. When you compare that to a model 19, the 2.5" at 30.5 ounces, and 4 inch at 36 ounces, you can see why it shoots like a big gun. Here is mine
