I am kind of surprised that a model 28 with target stocks is $90, while a model 19 so equipped will cost you $110 and the 27 is $120. Must be the extra polishing involved in the 19 and 27I will join in here I have this framed in my gun room can you believe a mod 28 for 85.00 or a mod 29 for 140.00 View attachment 488456

I bought a new Ruger Black Hawk .357 with a gun belt and holster and two boxes of ammo for less than $150 in 1971I can remember when new M29's were $400, if you could find one. That was early to mid '70s. $400 was a lot of money then.
