How about some pics of your 1911 Rigs...
I know there are a few of us that love our guns enough to sport them in some pretty fined duds. ;)

Let's see how you decked your out...

Here's a Kimber Stainless II in a plain Jane El Paso. The mag carrier is a El Paso basketweave. The knife and sheath are both by Anger...

That's a very comfortable pancake, Giz. I have one like that for another type of firearm.

In another thread, you were asking about running a belt outside the holster for better concealment - well, this is a good one to do that with.

Your Anger Management Knife...... :D

Yeah Chris, what xtm says....

And where's the matching mag carrier. They really make the rig look complete. Wanna sell 'em back

Giz, XTM thanks!

Its made by San Pedro saddlery. The holster has been stretched a bit since the gun that is in it is a Monolith.

The mag holder is around. I just have to dig it out...

I'm almost ashamed to show mine. ;)

This is the most comfortable carry rig for a 1911 that I've found - particularly if I'm driving a vehicle. Sometimes I forget it's there. I've tried high-riding rigs and some part of the gun digs into my ribs - lower rigs and they peep out from under a jacket. This one rides very comfortably - and hidden away under a light jacket.

Woods wandering is another thing....if I'm gonna do that, then I'll load up one of my revolvers in a proper belt holster. The 1911 serves me in another capacity.
