The Serial Number puts this one in the 1924 date range. The guns bore is still as new. It is the tightest takedown I have examined, actually requiring a small bit of force to line the two halves together...

1894 30-30 Winchester in a half magazine Take Down model...26 inch barrel length.

Giz, You are getting some very nice old Winchesters, lately. Your collection seems to be taking on a life of it's own. I fear....that you can no longer control it!!! :lol:

I'll bet that, between you and Sebago Son.......you could open a museum in Portland. :) Bob

Another really nice one...but I think I like your other TD M-1894 a little better!

Which one gets the fine trunk case you're talking about building?
