    My dad has a 6 inch barrel blued in 44 magnum with a checkered top. This by all my research should be a model 29-2 but it is clearly stamped as a 27-2. That’s should make it a mistake. Just wondering what the value of such a gun would be?

    I just bought a model 38 airweight 38 spcl ctg revolver. It has a hidden hammer and a beautiful polished nickel finish with black rubber grips. It’s a 5 shot with I’m guessing around a 2-2.5” barrel. Could anyone tell me approximately the value and date my revolver was manufactured?
