pearl grips

I just would like for you guys to fill me in a little bit about this gun and what is a fair price. I think it is absolutely gorgeous, and I want to buy it, but I need to know what you guys think. I just got a response from her, and the serial # is 442771

I have a Model 10 .38 special pistol that was my grandfathers. I would like to know when the gun was made as well as if the grips are factory as well as an aproximate value if anyone knows.
