SOLD: Walther PPS - First ever sold

    SOLD

Walther PPS serial #PPS008. This is the very first PPS sold. The first 7 were kept by Walther & engraved. Great collectors piece, especially now that James Bond has switched to the PPS. It has had 25 rounds fired through it. Immaculate condition.

    Columbus, Ohio

$2,500 OBO Worst I can do is say no!

WTS: Walther PPS - First ever sold

Is there any documentation to support it being the first sold?

I'm not sure of any documentation but here's the interesting little story behind it actually. Originally purchased one with serial number 60. Shot it normally and had it malfunction. Sent back to Walther and they said the gun needed replaced. I told them I intentionally bought it early, and if they were to replace it, it would need to be a serial under 60. They asked if #008 would do, and explained how it was the first available for sale since the first 7 were kept and engraved. I obviously said, YES! I'm sure you could call Walther to verify.

There's only one though I've been getting a lot of $1,800 range offers. I'd like to get a bit more than that though. It's possible with the right Walther enthusiast!
