Very good idea. I've had my Shield 9mm since Sept and love it.

Carried my Shield 9mm all day today and barely noticed it was there. I have run over 2000 malfunction free rounds through mine in the 3 years I've had it. The melonite finish is extremely durable. My Shield still looks like new even after being carried daily for much of the past 3 years. I have run probably 8 or 9 different types of ammo in mine, including a bit of steel cased Tula and some aluminum cased Blazer. I have also run 3 or 4 different hollow point designs with no feed problems. Everyone who has shot mine has liked it and been surprised at how well it handles for a small gun.
I guess I could just sum it all up by saying good idea!

It would be a great xmas gift! I have had one since it first came out and have never regretted it.

I shot one several months ago and really liked it. I also like the size. Guess I just needed a little confirmation. Thanks!!!

A very good idea. Highly recommended. I have had mine a while. Very consistent and concealable.
