Red face A tale of two gun brothers

Born a year apart, Wes and Smitty, both were deeply loved by their parents, but Wes, born in 1949 was always the popular guy.You know the type; tall, handsome, High School quarterback and captain of the basketball team, voted most "likely to succeed", dating only the hottest chicks. His brother Smitty, born a year later never got the attention of his older brother. He was short, generally ignored by the girls and although he was a fierce competitor on the wrestling team, just never seemed to catch the crowd's attention. Here's a couple of pictures of the boys:

Wes did do okay, eventually settling into corporate life.Smitty though took a different route (as always) and became a cop.He worked the hard streets and even went undercover for a time, gaining the respect of his brothers-in-arms and his foes as well.Over the years the parents began to speak of Smitty more and more often, actually more than his older brother Wes in fact.Proud parents they were for sure and before they passed away would take every opportunity to brag on their two boys; Smith and Wesson!

Both are real nice, I really like that little snubby though. Probably has a story or two!

Smitty has a Napoleon complex and felt he had to prove himself
After all he wasn't born with a silver bullet in his mouth
