Model 15-3 I was bad again...

Went to the gun shop to pick up my wife's new Ruger 22/45 and, right under it in the case was this '71 Model 15-3
    just calling my name, so...
And I even have a set of original grips hanging around!

Those grips look as big as the gun. How about pics with the original type grips. Other than those grips the 15-3 looks good.

Congrats on obtaining a fine revolver. Looks good, but I agree that the grips are too big.

I keep a gun because I'm too young to die and too old to take an ass whoopin'!

Great gun, and nice grips but they would look better on a 6 inch L frame. If you don't have a 6 inch L frame you will need to get one to fill those grips. I bought my first and only M15 about 14 months ago and wouldn't get rid of it for anything ....except maybe a nicer M15

I have a set of original issue grips...these are what it came with. Ugly, but comfortable!

Read this again and you need to sit in the corner holding the gun and repeat 1,000 times "I am not bad for getting a model 15".
