    Model 15-2

    Just picked up this nice S&W Model 15-2 K38 Combat Masterpiece with Target hammer and Target trigger , smooth as butter action , if someone could help with a manufacturer date it would be appreciated, thanks S/N K7242XX

    That's a beauty.

    I can't get you very close but it would have to be 1967 or earlier as the 15-3 was introduced in 1967. I have a Model 15-2 from 1963 and it is fun to shoot.

    SCSW 4 Edition puts your 15 sometime in 1967. Nice one especially with the box. Enjoy and give range report soon.
