    Need help identifying

    Hello everyone this has a seal and not one I do not know its origin and I could not identify it, please, our professors help

    It looks like someone tried to hand carve the Colt trade mark above the S&W trademark

    OP
    Colt used symbols similar on their guns. Various ones thru the years.
    Slim chance your gun went from S&W to Colt and they did something with it. Symbol might be being used as a property stamp.
    Some Colt symbols.
    My best guess for an answer.
