    One collection goal completed

    To think I had none of these when I joined almost six years ago. Models of 1905 from the 1910's to the 1940's.

    Well done, K-22 . . . since joining I too have added to my firearms, but mainly in 357's.. When I bought property here in the Blue Ridge, 38 years ago - most of the greatest generation were wearing bib overalls and they stuck their M&P's in their rear pockets; butt first . . .It was a time when disputes were settled in a deadly manor.

    The M&P was the most common handgun encountered. One fellow tried to sell me one, saying, "now this is a REAL mountain man's gun." Most of that generation is gone now and things have settled down - but I'd bet there are still a lot of old M&P's hiding in sock drawers, that are hand me downs in the family.
