Careful as you might find out Amy has been honing her skills with the frying pan.

At my age, with tears of sadness streaming down my face, I have to admit I spent more time looking at the presses.

Oh where, oh where has my youth gone?

10-4 on that. I don't need any lumps. One of my rentals is occupied by this really hot looking 24 year old Brunette by the name of Nicky and when I mow her lawn she always comes out and gives me a big hug. I about have a coronary every time. Gawd she smells good to this old fart. No steady boyfriend either. Takes an interesting view of guy her age. Said to me, all they want to do is drink or smoke dope and screw. I can relate to the last activity, I really can.

Amy likes her too. Pays her rent on time, never an issue at all.

I'm sure all I'd have to do is sniff around that one time and the rent would go south. Being the 'businessman' I am (read cheap), I prefer the 900 bucks a month over everything else.

She does look good (about a 9) and smells even better.

I have to agree with Hector. I don't consider myself old but I couldn't keep up with or afford one.

They require more maintenance than the presses.
