    Treason....well, maybe not!

The Dems. and Hillary Clinton tried 'to fix' the 2016 election, we know this is a fact!!! Congressman Adam Schitt has made up stories about Pres. Trump behavior, concerning the Ukraine. They have tried to undermine his Presidency, since the beginning, and still are trying to impeach him. Isn't all this 'stuff' illegal???? Why haven't charges been filed, and people arrested, and charged with TREASON????

The most the Reps. do about the Dems. ....is say "They're going to pay...... in the 2020 elections!!!!" While looking sternly into the camera. They don't seem to take all of this treasonous behavior very seriously. Why don't they charge the Dems. with TREASON??? They can be executed for their crimes......supposedly!!!

I don't think that either side is taking this seriously! It's like a 'movie'.......where it's all fake. Where's the outrage that this is happening in our country? I do not know, is it all 'showboating for votes'?

Our Constitution, Article 3, section 3 defines treason.

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court.

I think the word y'all are looking for is SEDITION

18 USC section 2384 Seditious conspiracy

"If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."

What the Democrats have done and still doing is not "treason" It is reprehensible but not "treason" It is closer to sedition but where is the "proof" of such action?

The Demo rats are evil but not "stupid" in that regard.

Since both sides have mentioned a civil war, each hoping the other is stupid enough to start it, the charge treason is very close.

Yep, that is the Constitutional definition of treason.

Very good, that helps to clarify things. Now, the government should go after Antifa and others, and charge them with sedition.

I think that we are in pretty dangerous territory in America, and civil war is possible. Or something that closely resembles it, like major riots all over the country, with many deaths. And it could get serious in real short order, there is something afoot, that is evil, IMHO.

Any charge of treason could set off major riots, with gunfights.

I watched Hamlet, MacBeth, and A Midnight Summers Dream; and now I am a Shakespeare fan. I set out to fill my mind with classics, one way or the other.
I read A Tale Of Two Cities, and Huckleberry Finn, and Jane Eyre; and watched Wuthering Heights, and Les Miserales, and The Time Machine. And now I am big fan of them.

Should be a slam dunk. Could probably get Soros too, as a conspirator. That'll be 20 years George, and a $1,000,000,000.00 fine

The Left has already used ANTIFA and others as troops in Civil War 2 and have been for decades.

Got a question. If rising up against abuses of the 2A, say they come to confiscate the guns, and we rise up in defense, which side is committing sedition? The losing side?
