It's a great gun. And I love the square butt on that model as I have big hands and it just feels more comfortable to me. Enjoy!

Both my wife and I have square butt K-frame snubbies. I don't find it a problem to conceal the gun although I admit a round butt might be a bit easier... I wouldn't pass up a nice gun based on that alone.

to the forums from the Wiregrass! Those grips lack a diamond. So, they were likely made in 1968 or later. If they match the gun SN, the gun likely was shipped in 1968.

Here are a couple I own:

$400 is a good price if you can get it for that.

to the forums from SE Indiana. I got very fortunate several years ago and picked up a couple of model 10-7's for $300 each one a nickle square butt and one in blue with a round butt. D series and all matching even the grips. If you haven't made an offer yet start dickering at $300 and see what happens......$400still aint bad. Here's the ones I mentioned. Again . Welcome to the forum. I'm glad you found us. You've pretty much had your questions answered, so all I can add is that this wheelgun will be a nice addition to any collection or accumulation. Let us know if you get it, and even better yet, take it out to the range and let us know how you like shooing it. The $400 price is just about right out here in Idaho too.

I hope to see you back again soon.
