Wolverine Knife Collectors Show in Novi, MI

was this past weekend. Saw a lot of knife maker friends - didn't sell any but bought two...

Philip Booth has been making knives for a long time and I wish I could afford all of them. About 3-4 months ago Phil told me he was working on his first Italian style picklock. I pestered him into giving me first right of purchase - and I did! Its a beauty; stag scales; bear trap snap...

The other knife, is an English (or bare head) Jack made by Mississippi Maker Bobby Toole. Bobby specializes in making the old pattern folder knives come to life. This knife of his has desert ironwood scales. I also bought a pair of custom made fountain pens, and a nifty one knuckle buster "Punisher" designed striking tool....
