    Colorized historical pictures offer a better perspective!

    I've seen most of these previously in B&W, but in color they simply put things in a whole different light, take a look!

    Thanks BC2, I've seen some before but it reminds me of some of the old family pictures I have, some are tin-types which amaze me at the clarity of these photos. I have seen a lot of changes in my life; rural electricity had just got to the area where I lived, every house had an outhouse, kept a thunder-jug under the bed to relieve yourself at night. Electric lights and radio were pretty wonderful as well as an electric pump to supply water into the house. . .We have come a long way.

    Interesting photos. I'm still partial to B/W for many photos, especially the original ones.
