    I've been known as a pretty good negotiator for my company when dealing with medical products, devices and healthcare providers. It goes the other way when forced to defend my family. I don't negotiate.

    In my foot travels I came upon a sign that read: IF YOU ARE CLOSE ENOUGH TO READ THIS YOU ARE IN RANGE. The verbiage of these signs in my opinion has the potential to be problematic. I would think the standard no trespassing signs would suffice and should a shooting incidence occur the legal aftermath would or could be better without an inflammatory verbiage on a sign. Just my opinion and as always others are free to disagree.
