    All..
Had some 114 heat today. NWS calling for 116 come Monday.
Think I will try cooking some Ribs a couple new ways.
    1. Hang a rack of them in a tree.
    2. Wrap in Alum. foil and lay on dash in vehicle. Saw 132.9 in there yesterday. Little digital temp meter quits/dies at 135.
I have a digital infra red heat meter. Have found 145-155 inside of vehicle.
Summer time driving gloves cause the steering wheel is plenty hot.
