Yup!!!!! One of my favorites.........but there were many others from the late 60's and the 70's. That was when I was college age.....and beyond, to this day. I still list to a 'old rock' station on the radio, that plays only GOOD OLD ROCK!!!!!!! Bob

I think MK is even better these days (as far as songs) then back in the Dire Straits day. He call still play the heck out of the guitar.
David Gilmour is still going strong!

What I am listening to now. Imagine a Live concert with a respectful, quiet audience! (Milano Italy 40 years later.)

We are both Dire Straits fans! My husband plays the guitar, he has three: a Martin D35, Gibson SG and a Fender Telecaster. He can also play mandolin and banjo but I tell him has too many too to be playing a banjo. The Gibson and Fender are both worth a LOT of money. He got those when he was a teen, both are from 1960 so the pickups on both especially the Gibson are valued highly. The SG has the first run Patent Applied For pickups that ran from 1958 or so to 1962 or so before manufacture changed. It is one of the reasons that guitars like 1959 Les Paul guitars with the pickups can go for 6 figures.
Everything that happens is either endurable or not. If it’s endurable, then endure it. Stop complaining. If it’s unendurable . . . then stop complaining. Your destruction will mean its end as well.
