33 years ago today my beautiful girlfriend upgraded to "Wife"! Since what little hair I have left is gray & hers is still the same as ever living w/ her must be more stressful than living w/ me, right? Sometimes she says I drive her crazy but it's such a short drive she's close enough to walk... So is she a Model 21 (her age when we got married) or a Model 64 (birth year)?

congrats mate, I couldn't imagine NOT being married.. The new progressives are now happy being single ( Less BS?) there is no BS , if you find a mate with a common goal, its a team and a good start is God....Although at the time , we may not have known it...My 02? (a statistic that Billy Graham made public, 60% of marriage fail in the USA, 1 in 400 fail, in a Christian household) I have never fact checked this, it never crossed my mind, but I accepted it... Some things we just do...

Enjoy. Life is short and you have been blessed. I’m married 28 years and we’ve been together 30 years. Amazing how time flies. I’m like you, no hair but my wife’s is the same. I drove her as crazy as she drives me. Thank God.

Congratulations Irv. My wife and I hit 33 years back in February. Some times were rough and some have been easy, but they all have been good. I have only required a few frying pan readjustments. Now "The Look" is sufficient . . . usually

Congratulations to you both Irv. Think the secret is you guys are partners and you are always saying "You would not want to be your friend.....". So that is the secret. Keep it up and hope you guys have many more together. Of course I am sure the threat of those Frying Pans also helps keep you in line.

If I was you I would just call her a Model "Wife no dash".
I would not tell her that they do make a Model "Wife-1 and Wife-2". You might be meeting the old Fry pan.

I'm afraid if I suggested wife-1 (much less wife-2) I would be meeting Saint Peter instead of a minor adjustment by frying pan.... She never complains when I get a new gun or tractor & seldom about a new truck but if I even considered a new wife there ain't enough coroners on the planet to find all the pieces! Beside it took me all these years to train her to get along w/ a grumpy old halfbreed!
