That's a beauty. I love them, but never pulled out the cash to own one.

I really like them and have some vintage Hunter holsters but none are engraved. I have some vintage basket weave but nothing as nice as yours. I would like to find a cross draw with engraving but can’t seem to locate any. Thanks for sharing.

How about embossed instead. I have a couple but then to me a holster is a holster.

Thanks Leo. The pistol was carried by a jeweler friend of mine until he died. The holster was a $30 gunshow find. It's kind of a special rig to me.

I have two for sure; the brown one with the Model 60 is a Hunter. The older black one with the Model 10 is an SD Myres. I found both of them at gun shows. I might have another, but not sure, I'd have to do some digging.

As with guns (and undoubtedly like many of us), I've been gathering/collecting holsters for many years. I have several gym bags filled with various rigs. Here's the contents of the "tooled leather" gym bag (outfits complete with belts, fabric holsters and plain smooth leather rigs are all stored in separate gym bags).....

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, 'Wow! What a Ride! ~ Hunter S. Thompson
