    Nice catch! I shot my first Garand when I was about 10. None of my friends believed me.
    Dad had a BEAUTIFUL National Match Garand when he died. I took it out to the range with his best friend. After we shot it he told me it was unfired.
    Bet Dad was lookin' down and smilin'.
