New shoes for the 22/45 pistol

I just got thru making this set of grips for my 22/45 race gun. They are made from a piece of wood that I bought off Ebay a good while ago, spalted or flame maple (I think). The odd thing about these grips is the trigger finger support. It only allows a straight back trigger pull and positions the trigger finger the same spot each shot. The left side grip has dished out places for the other 3 fingers. Love the grain in the wood!

Well done! As usual, I bought my 22/45 before they offered the version with replaceable grip panels, so I am stuck with the stock version, but I really like the pistol and it is very accurate.

Nice new shoes for that handgun! Hopefully they are as comfortable as the look and It's pretty interesting on the modification for the trigger finger.
