    Multi Range Report

It was a great day as School was out yesterday and oldest grandson wanted to go shoot. He practiced using his 10/22 and Ruger MK IV Hunter for the steel shoots. I shot the 14 no dash, new Ruger Wrangler, Iver Johnson 38 S&W Open Top, and the JC Higgins Model 30. Grandson had a blast shooting about 300 rounds and peppering the target.

The 14 made me look like I knew what I was doing. Even with the Rubber shoes it was well balanced, comfortable, and very smooth trigger. This target was at 25 yards with 148 Gr Wad Cutter Loads The flyers were me but most were inside the 9 and most in the X area.

The Model 30 I only shot two tubes through it. The best target at 25 yards. That one is definitely a keeper.

I did not get pictures of the Iver Johnson but at 7 yards were all in the head on silhouette target. Was pleased as in DA it had a definite click point that let me pull trigger to a point, aim then just short pull to fire.

I will post the Ruger Wrangler in separate post. However, for 199.00 is an excellent SA shooter.
