Electroless Nickel Series 70 Joins The Stable

I was leaving the Prescott Gun Show and stopping by to say "so-long" to a few cronies, one feller had this Mark IV Series 70 on his table. I've always been fond of the satin Nickel 1911's (even though they don't wear well because they show scuffs & scratches too easily).....

So I asked him if he'd give me a "Good 'Ole Boy" price on the 1911, which he did. I suggested a bit lower price tag and he met me in the middle............The Electroless Nickel Colt came home with me.

Nice pick up Geeze. Had one just like it way back when. It was all tricked out for PPC.
