    Cool NewSW40VE

Finally pulled the trigger (pun intended) on the purchase of a new Sigma 40 yesterday. Got a great deal at $279. I was a little skeptical at first on this one because of the many reviews I had read about the "terrible" trigger pull on this gun, but in the end the good reviews still outnumbered the bad ones, and I couldn't resist the price. After all it is a S&W. Heading out to the range today to start breaking it in. Review to follow.

I've said it before, I'll say it again. Most under appreciated gun out there! That SOB is a machine that'll pump .40 cals out
all day long in the "kill zone" <30ft without a hiccup!! The trigger may take getting used to at first. But if you.....
    A. Are male
    B. Have any DAO and/or revolver experience
    C. Willing to work with it for 500-1000 rounds
    D. Don't "limp wrist" it, have a firm grip
The trigger issue will be NO issue!! And it will cycle every time.
S&W did the "right thing", and put the "right" trigger, on this weapon. If it's to be used for self defence, with no manual safety, I do NOT
want a lighter trigger pull. In a life or death situation, I KNOW I, and I'd bet just about all, won't notice the heavy trigger. LOL!!
Now if you want a more dangerous weapon to "carry", OR if you want a better "target shooter", get the trigger job, or get a Glock!LOL!!
ALL just old Pops opinions of course!!
Congrats on your $279 "steal" of a great gun, by a great manufacturer!
