    6906 holster??

I just picked up a s&w 6906 in very nice condition. Took it to the range the other day and it shot fine. I am looking for a holster (slide or pancake/hip type) that will fit this gun. Any suggestion on which mfg or model might be a good fit?? Thanks

    DB

I just bought one for my 5906 on fleabay. It cost me $14 shipped to me.
It is a Safety Speed Pancake holster and it's perfect for OWB carry.
If nothing else it's worth going there to see different style available so you can get a better idea what you can find.

I know many have issues with Ebay and Paypal because of their liberal anti-gun views, but it still a good choice.
I just bought my 4006 and paid for it with Paypal. I just didn't tell them.
I stated that I was buying a high precision Steel and Alloy machined product. It wasn't a lie, so I was good with it.
What they don't know doesn't bother me much. It's my way of getting over on them every once in a while.

    Regards,
    Gregory

Since it doesn't matter with grip size, start looking for holsters marked for the 3913, same gun, different grip size!!

When I bought my 6906, the seller threw in a Bianchi shoulder rig, Nice rig but not to practical for the Texas heat. Went to a gun show and found an El Paso Saddlery pancake style for $40 lightly used. Works quite well though I don't know the model #. Also have a hybred kydex and horse hide iwb. Works best for me. The nice thing is , as Leighton pointed out, They all three work well with most 3rd generation 9mm's. Found a real good deal on a mod. 908 (value line of 3913) last summer, and didn't have to buy a new holster.

Best holsters I've ever found are from Simply Rugged holsters. Check out the "sourdough pancake".

I don't know if you'd consider IWB but I got the DeSantis Soft-Tuck for my 3913 and really like it. You can change from Small of Back carry all the way to Appendix. I use the standard 3:30. Very easy to draw and reholster.

Here is a link to DeSantis for 6906, I searched the item # and got mine at Optics Planet for 19.95.
