Does anyone know a guestimate of value. It was "babied" like a Rolex since purchased. I want to trade it for a concealed carry.

Visual appearance makes or breaks a pistols value. I bought a MINT condition, fired less than 100 rounds, 6906 a few weeks ago for just $350. It came with three magazines, extra new grip, original box & paperwork. My guess is that a 5906 in similar condition should easily fetch this same price, perhaps more depending on the buyer and their needs/wants.

    Serpentine,
CDNN has them for sale at $389 + shipping for the 5906 with one magazine.
Looking to sell your's, you should feel very comfortable at the $400 mark, and around $50 more if it has the box, documents and cleaning gear. You'll do much better for yourself selling it, instead fo trading it off. Trades will net you roughly $200-$250 at a LGS if you're really lucky. Then you'll need to pay up the difference in their gun at full retail pricing. So trading it at a store is a losing proposition. You might find somebody in a private transaction that will trade you even up, or somewhere close, depending on what they value their pistol at.

That's my best guess on pricing. If you decide to sell it, post here in the classifieds. It shouldn't take long at all to sell it.

    Regards,
    Gregory
My firearms are an investment on my life.
When the time comes that I don't want a new gun, call the undertaker!
The average response time for 911 is 20 min., the average response time for .357 magnum is 1400 FPS.

Thanks for the replies. After researching further, I have decided not to sell or trade.
