Model 36 date of manufacture?

I picked up a really pristine model 36 no dash, serial #J799XX. Can anyone give me a heads up on when it was made? Thanks in advance.

Actually the T grip came that way. I was showing the Model 36 to an old friend, we were in his garage. He said "Hold on a minute" and he went in his house. He returned a few minutes later, and he handed me two T grip boxes, one of which contained the T grip in the photo, and an empty box. He gifted me the T grip.

I ordered a T grip for a model 10 back in April, and I still have not gotten it. I gave them a call, and was told that they are having production problems and are behind. Its coming up on 2 months, so I guess they are behind.....

Yes, they are way behind, according to several threads on a few gun boards.
