    jose,

From what I'm seeing, that is a coupla hundred high for a gun that comes with box-n-docs included. Buy at that price, if you must, but your buying way "early".

That is not a bad price, and it will go up. Go for it.

It's too much money in my book too. I just picked one up for quite a bit less than that one. They're really not all that rare. You need to look at the internet auction and gun sales sites. They're are plenty of them available for everybody that would want one. $450-$500 is as high as I would go without the box and all else that it came with. At $600, it's going to take a quite a while for it to appreciate enough to realize a decent profit, if you ever want to sell it later.

That's my $.02 for the evening.

Seems high but also seems like you've answered your own question.

I haven't seen any kit gun with the correct box with an asking price less than $600 around my area. Sans box and extras they usually go for about $500. But ... I can't say that I've seen a nice 2" nickel kit gun lately, at any price.
Wave some cash under his nose and see if he will bite. If he doesn't and you really want it ...

That sounds like top dollar without the extras.
But if you must own it, buy it and you'll forget how much you paid in a short time.
