Let me get this straight . . .
We're going to be "gifted" with a health care
plan we are forced to purchase and
fined if we don't,
Which purportedly covers at least
ten million more people,
without adding a single new doctor,
but provides for 16,000 new IRS agents,
written by a committee whose chairman
says he doesn't understand it,
passed by a Congress that didn't read it but
exempted themselves from it,
and signed by a Dumbo President who smokes,
with funding administered by a treasury chief who
didn't pay his taxes,
for which we'll be taxed for four years before any
benefits take effect,
by a government which has
already bankrupted Social Security and Medicare,
all to be overseen by a surgeon general
who is obese,
and financed by a country that's broke!!!!!

The Affordable Health care Act will never fly.
SCOTUS will shoot it down because of the violation of the Commerce clause. Also, there's no escape clause written into this law that states if any part of the law is proven unconstitutional the rest can stay intact. So when SCOTUS rules in May or June that the Commerce part of it is unconstitutional, requiring us to buy something that we don't want or "Need", they won't be able to force us to buy it. With that, the rest of the law by default will be repealed without much issue. When they can't force us to pay for it, it also eliminates the funding, so there'll be no money to pay for it in the coffers.

That will end up being the Democrats and Obama's last ditch campaign fight.
They'll say they passed the Affordable Care Law in their best attempt to help and protect the american's that need it now, but can't get affordable care any other way. They'll all jump up and down screaming that the Conservative courts, and the Republicans destroyed everything they worked so hard for, to give the American citizens.
The repeal will be completely blamed on the conservatives, and we Americans will be told it's not their fault (the Democrats), and they should be given another 4 years to get it back thru the system in a format that will succeed within the law.
That way, Obama and his cronies can't be blamed for anything in his entire 4 years while he's been sitting on his butt doing nothing of value for the nation, or spending billions on his political friends and co-conspirators, or while his family has been on vacation on our dime!

Mark my words here. Let's see how true they play out once SCOTUS states the unconstitutional position of this law.

For now they have enough conservatives on the court. Once Obama gets in forget it.
