Alright, so I have been looking and haven't had much luck. Anyone know where I can find one in the USA? Checked auctionarms and gunbroker, only seen a couple.
Hello,
First post here, nice looking forum. I have been considering for the longest time using a 6906 for a carry weapon. I have spent plenty of time looking at them, researching them, and decided this is the way I want to go. I purchased a Springfield XDm in 9mm when it first came out, beautiful firearm, just a little heavy and large for me when loaded as a daily carry. Either way, I am having a bit of a problem finding one in my state. If anyone has one or knows where I might get one in the state of Oregon, I am all ears!

From my personal experience everybody that has a 6906 is keeping it. I've seen very few for sale anywhere. There are plenty of them out there, it's just that nobody seems willing to part with them. I have a 669 and feel the same way. Until it can't shoot anymore or be repaired either, it's in my holster for daily use.
You're right in your assessment, the 6906 is an excellent pistol. Once you find the right one you'll know it. Be patient and you will find it, I'm sure.
My firearms are an investment on my life.
When the time comes that I don't want a new gun, call the undertaker!
The average response time for 911 is 20 min., the average response time for .357 magnum is 1400 FPS.

I hope so, another forum member sent an offer on a NIB but it is a bit out of my price range, although I am not sure what my price range is anymore. I have seen several 469's for around $300, and several 3913's, but haven't found many 6906.
