Rare .38 Special headstamps

Nope, it's a 38 Special, but the forward edge of the rim is a bit beveled for some reason. There are also some odd marks on the walls of the case as well as though, you can see them well in the 2d picture. There are three of these marks around the case. I can't figure out just how this one came about.

There are companies, for less than you might think, that will custom build cases for you, with whatever you want on the headstamp.

I have some full-length brass 12 ga turned (not extruded) cases with my name on the headstamp and I speced them for LR primers . . .
