I would never put anything past Chicago.
....seems one of their politicians from the North Side of Chicago is dredging up an old idea:

I cannot for the LIFE of me, see how legislation like this can EVER pass.....it blames and unfairly taxes the law-abiding, for the acts of the lawless....but, this politician made sure the Cops are exempt from this proposed legislation. "Do AS I SAY, Not AS I DO.
I hope they fight this Tooth and Nail....and re-coup their legal fees from that politician PERSONALLY.....Yeah, Right.
